Spread the Word to End the Word

Who's excited for best buddies to start again this school year here at Utah State University? I know we are! Last week we had a USU Best Buddies meeting with all of our college buddies where we once again introduced the movement "Spread the Word to End the Word".  Special Olympics and Best Buddies along with you are joining together to eliminate the r-word in everyone's vocabulary. "The R-word is the word 'retard(ed)'. Why does it hurt? The R-word hurts because it is exclusive. It’s offensive.
